Hot Artichoke Dip

You know how most recipe books there are only a few recipes you have tagged? I have this recipe tagged in a book I bought about twenty years ago! It is easy and luscious. Enjoy!

  • one 8 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • one cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot with wheat crackers.
