Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Grilled pork, grilled Italian bread, and beans ~ YUM!

Place one or two pork tenderloins (most grocery stores sell these BOGO every 6 weeks or so) in a ziploc baggie in the evening.

Add:

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Squish it all together and put in refrigerator for 24 hours or 48 hours. Grill and enjoy! (Thanks to my neighbor Tia for the marinade recipe)

My husband grills the pork with a 7-6-5 method:

  • Heat grill on high for ten minutes
  • Cook pork ~ 7 minutes one side, 6 minutes the other side, turn off the grill, then cook 5 minutes in covered grill (or until 150 degrees at the thickest point)
  • rest for 5 minutes
  • carve medallions and serve!
