Biography
With a passion for writing, I have finally found my home in the inspirational romance genre. Now that Last Minute Miracle is completed and polished, I am working on plotting the next novel in the Paradise Romance Series.
I worked in the computer field and operated a Jazzercise franchise prior to beginning my writing career. Currently a part time freelance copyeditor, I am a member of ACFW, RWA, and the local Heart of Caroline Romance Writers. I am the lead moderator for The Writers View 2, an online writing forum with 860 beginning and intermediate CBA writers.
My interests include curling up with a good book, bird watching, spending time with my family, taking walks, gardening, playing board games, watching HGTV, making lists (yes I like to be mentally organized) and sleeping in on Saturday mornings.
Central North Carolina is home for my family, including our Jack Russell Terrier Sophie, and our backyard of well-fed birds and squirrels. After visiting Meredith, NH one summer sparks flew as a romance storyline flourished from that trip. I grew up in a small town in Upstate, NY, and have fond memories of that quaint and slower time. That old-fashioned charm is reflected in my novels.
