I have a passion for creative writing. My current novel, Hidden Secrets (part of the Sycamore Cafe Collection), tells the story of timid Josie Barrett who longs for stability and family yet faces the opposite upon fulfilling her mother’s dying wish. While waiting to return to her old comfortable life, Josie stumbles upon a secret that will change her world.

My first novel, Satisfy (part of the Grace Abounds Series), is an 85,000 word Contemporary Christian Women’s Fiction novel. It tells the story of a young woman who loses everything she considers valuable while questioning God and His impact on her life.

Besides writing, I spend my time volunteering in the Welcome ministry at my church. I live with my husband, daughter and our adopted Jack Russell Terrier in sunny (and humid!) North Carolina.

My interests include curling up with a good book, bird watching, spending time with my family, taking walks, gardening, making lists (yes I like to be mentally organized) and sleeping in on Saturday mornings (sometimes as late as 9 or 10am ).
